Chiles Rellenos This is a popular dish in all regions of Mexico, made with different types of chiles. We bring you two stuffed Poblano peppers from Puebla. Stuffed with cheese and your choice of chicken or beef. (This entrée is not served with tortillas.) Shrimp choice.
Molcajete "Don Manuel" Grilled chicken, beef or shrimp and melted cheese over a layer of red sauce, mixed and served in a traditional Mexican Molcajete. Chicken, Beef, Shrimp or mix all three.
Tacos de Carne Asada Four hearty tacos made with grilled steak and your choice of corn or flour tortillas.
