These dishes are accompanied with rice, refried beans, sour cream, guacamole
and pico de gallo (with the exception of our Hot and Spicy Burrito and our Tacos de Pescado).
Fajitas
Your choice of grilled chicken or steak, with tomatoes, onions and bell peppers. Served sizzling at your table with tortillas. Chicken, Steak, Chicken & Steak Combo.
Hot and Spicy Burrito
A hearty and spicy burrito made with a 8" flour tortilla, rolled with ground beef, refried beans and rice. Topped with cheese and a spicy red sauce with steak pieces.
Burrito Supreme
Our great bean, chicken or beef burrito, topped with freshly prepared red sauce.
Pork Burrito with Green Sauce
A burrito made with pork tips and green sauce.
Burritos Divorciados
Two burritos, one steak and one chicken, one topped with red sauce and one with green sauce.
Carne Asada Burrito
A steak burrito, with red or green sauce.
Chimichanga
The famously known fried burrito, filled with either shredded chicken or beef. Topped with a special tomato sauce. Add cheese dip sauce.
Chile Relleno
One poblano pepper stuffed with cheese and your choice of chicken or beef.
Enchiladas Suizas
Three enchiladas, 1 bean, 1 chicken and 1 beef, covered with a cream sauce.
Quesadilla Tulum
The traditional quesadilla known all over Mexico made here with flour tortillas and shredded beef or chicken.
Lake Fiesta Combination
To satisfy each individual appetite we offer you this platter of any two or three of the following options:

Chicken Tamale • Cheese Quesadilla • Bean Chalupa
Served with rice and beans. Please also choose between: cheese, beans, chicken or beef. Either 2 or 3 options.
